We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, most frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 2-3 business days - and typically arrive in 4-5 business days. Canvas orders are usually produced in 3-4 days, arriving in 5-6 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options will not affect processing time. International orders typically arrive within 6-10 business via USPS Priority Mail.

We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days.
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional crate fees are included in your product total for your large print.
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Any freighting fees may be billed to you separately after processing your order. Please contact Sophie for freight fees before the order is placed.
If you reside outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us at via e-mail (see CONTACT below) regarding your shipping preferences.
APO (Army Post Office) shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost. We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping. Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
We Drop Ship directly to you with white label packaging.If complete address information is not supplied we will attempt to contact you, but if corrected information is not received within 2 days the order will be shipped to me.
We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.

If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
